I am a 36 year old mother of 3. Fit and i lead a healthy & active life. I am planning for a Lipo for abdomen as I found it hard to lose excess fat in the lower ab, thighs as Im pear-shaped and have more fat accumulated in my thighs. I went for a consult with a local doctor and was recommended lipo + bodytite and morpheus8, tho the doctor mentioned it's my call if I'll like to add the latter on. (optional as my skin has high chances of contraction) Not sure if i should, pls help!
Answer: Liposuction Your only photo is of no benefit still you are not standing to see how your skin falls. If you just do liposuction, you can always add the tightening later.

Answer: Considering options The photos submitted cannot be used to make a proper recommendation. If laxity of skin is a concern you can consider adding J Plasma to liposuction. If the abdomen is too lax or if there is muscle wall separation, a tummy tuck may be the better option. I've included a video on J Plasma that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Lipo and skin tightening The definitive liposuction and skin tightening procedure is afforded by the use of VASER liposuction and Renuvion J plasma subdermal coagulation. Morpheus and Body Tite are alternative but not as effective.

Answer: Wondering if I really need BodyTite and Morpheus8 with my lipo? Whether you need BodyTite, Morpheus8, or any additional treatments along with liposuction depends on your individual goals, preferences, and the recommendations of a qualified medical professional. Let's take a closer look at each of these treatments and their potential benefits:1.) Liposuction: Liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes excess fat deposits from specific areas of the body. It can help improve body contours and proportions by targeting stubborn fat that may not respond well to diet and exercise. Liposuction can be performed on various body areas, including the abdomen, thighs, hips, arms, and more.2.) BodyTite: BodyTite is a minimally invasive radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) procedure. It combines traditional liposuction with radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin and promote collagen production. BodyTite can potentially result in improved skin contraction and contouring compared to traditional liposuction alone. It's often chosen when both fat removal and skin tightening are desired.3.) Morpheus8: Morpheus8 is a non-surgical treatment that utilizes radiofrequency microneedling to target deeper layers of the skin and stimulate collagen production. It can be used to address skin laxity, wrinkles, and texture irregularities. Morpheus8 is commonly used on the face and neck, but it can also be used on other body areas to enhance skin quality. The decision to combine these treatments with liposuction depends on factors such as:• Desired Results: If you are seeking not only fat reduction but also improved skin tightening and overall skin quality, combining BodyTite or Morpheus8 with liposuction might be beneficial.• Skin Elasticity: If you have good skin elasticity, your skin may naturally contract well after fat removal through liposuction. However, if you have concerns about loose skin, BodyTite or Morpheus8 could be considered to enhance skin tightening.• Recovery Time: Minimally invasive treatments like BodyTite and Morpheus8 often have shorter recovery times compared to traditional surgical procedures.• Consultation: It's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or a qualified medical professional who can assess your specific situation, discuss your goals, and recommend a personalized treatment plan. They can provide insights into whether combining these treatments would be beneficial for achieving your desired results.Ultimately, the decision to undergo BodyTite, Morpheus8, or any other treatments alongside liposuction should be made after a thorough discussion with a medical professional who can provide informed guidance based on your individual needs and expectations.

Answer: Assessment To make an assessment we need to see quality pictures. To get an idea of what pictures we need. Take a look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures for body contouring procedures like the BBL or abdominal liposuction. We cannot make assessments from a selfie taking it while you’re sitting. It’s unlikely body type, or Morpheus are going to add a visible impact to the outcome of your liposuction procedure. Delivering consistent quality, Liposuction results is far more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons of truly mastered this procedure are in a small minority. Most plastic surgeons think they’re far better at Liposuction than they actually are. Poorly done Liposuction, which happens frequently in the hands of board-certified plastic surgeons, can leave people disfigured. Poorly done Liposuction is almost impossible to improve upon that. Considering how much variation there is and the importance of getting an accurate assessment, I suggest patients have multiple in person consultations before committing to permanent irreversible body contouring procedures, like Liposuction. Make sure you understand your candidacy for the procedure, including with the procedure can, and cannot deliver. Women who bad children and have pregnancy related changes tend to not be ideal candidates for Liposuction. That is not to say women who had children cannot get improvements from Liposuction but pregnancy related changes are usually not treated by fat removal, because pregnancy does not change the fact distribution. There’s no correct number of consultations, considering how much variation there is an Liposuction skills among different plastic surgeons I suggest patients consider having at least five consultations before scheduling surgery. During each consultation portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients to your owner. And experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like provider, what results look like with your candidacy, or how many procedures, anyone surgeon has actually performed. The biggest mistake patients make is not interviewing enough plastic surgeons and not understanding their own candidacy for the procedure. Attempt at secondary skin tightening, I typically not going to deliver a noticeable improvement. This includes body, tight, and Renuvion, a.k.a. J plasma. Best, Mats hagstrom MD
