Answer: Brachioplasty (arm lift), Bellesoma Method (breast lift and possibly tummy tuck with mesh I would begin with your arms and breasts. Your arms have hanging skin and you need a brachioplasty. Your breasts need to be lifted as well and this will pull up some of the extra skin from the upper abdomen. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. You may also benefit from abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement, if you are not planning future pregnancies. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Liposuction From your photos it appears another round of liposuction will help you sculpt the areas that concern you. If you are still planning to lose weight I encourage you to complete that goal prior to surgery. This will allow your surgeon to maximize your results.
