Weight loss after BBL & tummy tuck - what surgery would I benefit from? (Photos)

I have had lipo a bbl and tummy tuck however I have lost more weight and I just feel like I could use some extra TLC to get to where I want to be but I'm not sure what procedure would work best for me. Please help me I know I need work on my arms and legs and a little on my back but not sure exactly what procedure will work for me

Since you have already undergone a tummy tuck and BBL, but lost some more weight, you would benefit from VASER liposuction to remove any residual fat and Renuvion J plasma skin tightening to tighten residual skin.

Thanks for your question! Liposuction would help remove unwanted excess subcutaneous fat in those areas. If there is skin excess you may also require a skin removal procedure (mini brachioplasty or mini thigh lift). Renuvion/J-plasma may also help tighten the skin as well. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to obtain more information and recommendations.

I would begin with your arms and breasts. Your arms have hanging skin and you need a brachioplasty. Your breasts need to be lifted as well and this will pull up some of the extra skin from the upper abdomen. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. You may also benefit from abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement, if you are not planning future pregnancies. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

Very likely that liposuction of torso and arms would be good starting point, based on these photos. Loosing 15-20 lbs., if possible, would be the best option. In person consultation or a teleconference with a baoard certified plastic surgeon woith good reputation in body contouring is recommended. Good luck.

You could do liposuction with radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion to your arms and back bra areas to remove excess fat and help tighten the skin.

Thank you for your question and submitting the photos. To address the adiposity (or fat), I recommend VASER assisted liposculpting of the upper/middle/lower back, flanks, lateral chest, abdomen and mons as the procedure of choice. VASER will be of particular value given that there will be a ton of scar tissue present from your previous procedures (lipo, tummy tuck). VASER will also allow for an easier post-operative recovery, decreased risk for contour irregularities, decreased down time, and increased amount of fat removal. Also, VASER liposculpting of the abdomen will allow for increased abdominal definition! The fat removed can then be transferred to the buttocks, breasts, or discarded. To address the skin, I would recommend Renuvion J plasma skin tightening or BodyTite. This is like an internal shrinkwrap that will help tighten the skin of the above areas. I think the procedures that are going to have the major impact have already been done. Further weight loss would improve your outcome further. There could be some fine-tuning on your Liposuction leaving you with an even for distribution on your torso. Some areas look like they were left untreated. a breast lift with implants would create a more feminine appearance as well.
