Please help me I know I need work on my arms and legs and a little on my back but not sure exactly what procedure will work for me
Answer: BBL and Tummy Tuck - What's next Since you have already undergone a tummy tuck and BBL, but lost some more weight, you would benefit from VASER liposuction to remove any residual fat and Renuvion J plasma skin tightening to tighten residual skin.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Case analysis Hi, After analyzing your photos, I can asses that you have some extra skin in the arms and armpit area. You are a candidate for a Brachioplasty. The importance of having an In-Person consultation is that we can physically examine the quality of the skin and the amount of tissue that can be removed in order to have the best results. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon so he can give you option for your specific case. Hope this is helpful.

Answer: Weight loss after BBL and tummy tuck Dear Sunshyne97, Thanks for your question! Liposuction would help remove unwanted excess subcutaneous fat in those areas. If there is skin excess you may also require a skin removal procedure (mini brachioplasty or mini thigh lift). Renuvion/J-plasma may also help tighten the skin as well. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to obtain more information and recommendations.

Answer: Brachioplasty (arm lift), Bellesoma Method (breast lift and possibly tummy tuck with mesh I would begin with your arms and breasts. Your arms have hanging skin and you need a brachioplasty. Your breasts need to be lifted as well and this will pull up some of the extra skin from the upper abdomen. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. You may also benefit from abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement, if you are not planning future pregnancies. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
