Each area will take 30 minutes, and you should plan on four sessions, two per week, over a two week the frame for the optimal result. You can expect muscle increase in both the abdomen and buttock and fat reduction in the abdomen. There is no fat reduction in the buttock due to a different treatment setting. Good luck.
