Thank you for your question. The redness over the tip of the nose does raise some concern. This is especially so if you had insertion of a silicone implant. There are many different shapes and configurations of the silicone implants, some of which are more prone to extrusion due to the pressure on the nasal tip. If there is any pain or fever you should definitely see a doctor early.
