A PS I consulted often uses a 'let down' or 'push down' technique with closed technique. My nose is almost the same as right photo, and left is what I wish, so a small overall improvement. I saw a technique where it seems like the dorsal hump is pushed inside of the nose, to make it less prominent! I can imagine that you could get breathing issues. Does this technique harm the function of your nose? I also have deviated septum which need to be fixed for better breathing.
