You may get better advice from a local rhinoplasty specialist, or facial plastic surgeon than your family physician may provide. Thank you for the question and photos! I believe it's too early to worry at this point. At 4 weeks post-op, you are likely to experience swelling, which is very common at this stage and may develop unevenly. It may take 6 to 12 months to completely resolve. In the meantime, you will likely see some contour irregularities. Be patient and give it time to resolve naturally. If you do experience discomfort or tenderness, however, be sure to alert your surgeon. 
An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon is the best way to assess your needs and obtain expert medical advice. Best of luck!

A nasal implant has the potential for becoming infected. Having fluid around the tip is not normal. Having swelling after surgery is common. You should see a local surgeon for evaluation.
