Thank you for your question. Having a bump on the nose after rhinoplasty is a very common finding. It is usually a result of some residual swelling or a small spicule of bone left behind. I would recommend seeing your surgeon for resolution of the symptoms. I hope that this helps.

It appears to be a residual hump after a rhinoplasty.  You can give a few more months specially if swelling is still present.  A rasping procedure to reduce this residual bony/cartilaginous hump would be indicated if it does not improve. 

Whether your persistent mid bridge bump will resolve on its own may require an examination. If it persists, a few drops of filler maybe considered. We my prefer Silikon-1000 for a permanent result. Thank you.
