Hello, thank you for your question. Generally speaking breast implants wont correct the asymmetry especially if it is due to ribcage asymmetry. I would speak to your plastic surgeon for a better examination and options given your anatomy. Feel free to check out our webpage for before and afters.

Hello, you need a different implant size, and it will be more symmetrical, you need like 300 and 350 or 375 and 415

Breast asymmetry relates to several things including volume, shape of the ribcage, position of the nipple, and level of the inframammary fold. For these reasons breast asymmetry can be improved but no one has perfect symmetry. It might be helpful to have 3-D imaging with VECTRA.

based on your photos, it looks like your asymmetry can be improved with different-sized implants. Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Thank you for the question and pictures you have provided. I must start to buy saying there is no guarantee that they would look %100 symmetrical even after having surgeries. There are some boundaries that nature has built over human intelligence and capacity. Sometimes we can't fix things %100 even no matter how hard we want to. This is one of those realities.
But please try to take my words seriously when I say your asymmetry isn't bad at all! As a doctor who has seen so many asymmetrical breasts, you are far from being unaesthetic!
The overall look can be improved by adding implants and once I open the breast, it can be looked further to see if there's more I can do. Please feel free to get detailed information and have a virtual meeting.
