Is it sagging skin or fat rolls on my back? (photos)

What you are concerned about seems to be more loose skin than fat. Liposuction will be a waste of money, and it won't make you happy.The only real option is excision, but I would not recommend it. You look great. Do nothing and enjoy life.

It's possible that the skin is to lose for a good result after liposuction. Physical examination would be necessary to determine this. Nevertheless, in general, this area responds well to liposuction including retraction of the skin over the decreased volume.

Only a physical exam will give you an answer that will determine your treatment.Having said that, it appears to be predominantly skin.Your options are a bra-line scar or non invasive skin tightening.I personally would not put on a scar on your back given your degree of skin excess.We have tested patients by treating one side(side by side comparison) and have been happy with the results.Also work on our lat dorsi to expand your back muscles to help support your skin.Hope this helps

Back rolls can be a combination of loose skin and fat. A pinch test above to pull the skin is often helpful to determine this.

Hello. Actually it's both skin and fat that contribute to your dorsal rolls or the rolls on your back. These areas can be improved with liposuction with a skin tightening component ( such as Smartlipo) and healthy lifestyle habits. Consult with a BCPS. Be well. Dr. B

From what i can see on the photos , it looks like  bit of both : sagging skin an fat deposits. This would be a great area to work on with liposuction. Best of luck 

A combination of fat + skin. In my opinion only aggressive liposuction can improve the appearance.....
