I asked questions B4 but now what I truely want is undo my lipo which I had over a year ago on thighs & stomach. I finally realized, my body was made so beautiful, I ruined myself w/ bad condition of my thought. Is there any way to undo lipo? I thought gaining GOOD FAT to my body & then fat transfer to where It lipoed but what if I hav bad skin elasticity & not enough to fat to transfer? Is there any injection instead of fat transfer? ( such as juvederm, restylane, etc) I dont care bout $

I appreciate your question and am sorry.Your thought process is correct. If we can find fat on other areas we could breaks up the constricted areas you have know and place the fat to smooth out the contour.Its the normal process I do with Safe LipoAlso, there is skin looseness you may need some skin excision to also tighten and smooth out the areaseThe best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery.best of luck!Dr Schwartz

You can not undo bad results of liposuction. You can try to correct the problems and that may require, lifts, fat transfer and combination of the procedures. You need in person examination and discussion of the problems and their method of treatment

Poorly performed lipo cannot be undone, but can be revised to get a more even and possibly tighter skin.  Depending on the area, just repeating the lipo with microlipo can get further tightening of the skin.  Possibly a skin removal procedure will be needed.  As far as the best filler, I believe that natural fat is your best answer.  However, we have had great success with Bellafill®, a filler that has microscopic particles of PMMA that is dispersed in collagen.  When it is injected, which must be done with extreme caution and expertise, the collagen that is injected is replaced mostly permanently with your own collagen, and will even expand slightly, which is very helpful in my hands.  Natural fat looses about 50% of its volume by 8-12 weeks and must be repeated to get the final permanent results.  I was one of the instructor-trainers for Artes, which was the initial company that got FDA approval for this product.  It is very user demanding and injecting too much can result in fibrous lumps called granulomas.  It does have a very long track record internationally and when used properly can give amazing and permanent results. The cost to the patient is between $800-1000 per syringe, but compared to Voluma that I have found to resorb by six months, is a great value.Dr. Seare , Carlsbad, CA
