An alternative would be a necklift to eliminate fat in the area and tighten the underlying muscle.  Kybella alone would not solve the problem.  Fat elimination with tightening is needed and I would advise muscle tighening rather than skin or dermal tightening alone.

Get rid of that turkey neck and jowls with a little lower face/neck lift under local and see an amazing result. It is very easy to undergo and look so natural.

In all likelihood, the most benefit for you would be a necklift or minilift type of procedure to improve your neck and jaw line. It appears that you have some fat with some excess skin and perhaps some muscle banding.
