Wow, morning light is harsh. I'm 48 and have had Botox for crow's feet and frown line, and been pretty happy with the results. Lately, though, the neck and chin are bothering me MUCH more. What procedure(s) would work for this? Thanks in advance.

Answer: Neck and lower face lift Based on these photos you seem to be excellent candidate for face and neck lift. You should seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial surgery to discuss your goals and options. Good luck.

Answer: Chin Contouring with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis, Neck Lift I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin and can be performed at the same time as a neck lift, if you're a candidate. Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
