Had a practitioner do a nitrogen plasma neck lift, she went into my face. Now everything is sagging and getting worse? (photo)

The treatment you had, as well as all those noninvasive/nonsurgical treatments are temporary at best, if they provide any benefit at all. You have some minor laxity in the next, early jowls and losing the fullness in the cheeks. My recommendation is a mini-/short scar facelift w/ minimal fat injection that will restore volume to the midface/eyes/cheeks, and tighten the lower face and neck.

I recommend a combination of Cosmelan, peels, salt facials, lasers or RF, sculptra for collagen building, fillers, microneedling/prp and skin care to help with skin rejuvenation and prevent aging. Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) would be non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening.  Please see a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan. well, if you show pictures when you are smiling in good light  and pictures when your face is slack in bad light you will look worse. PLasma treatments are very benign and would not be expected to produce changes like this quickly
