Snoopy boob and possible capsular contracture?

Question

I have silicone subfascial implants placed through the armpit in March 2018. Left breast has always had more upper pole, but shaped differently. Over the last 2 years, the left side has become firm to the point it's painful when laying on my stomach or when pressure is applied. The tissue is all at the bottom & nipple is starting to point downward. Does this appear to be snoopy boob & possibly capsular contracture? If so, how complicated is the revision process?

Painful breasts are often associated with capsular contracture.  You would be better off removing your implants and replacing with newer ones submuscularly.

You have very subtle breast asymmetry that is often brought out or revealed by breast augmentation surgery. Noone has perfect breast symmetry. You have a very nice result from breast augmentation surgery. While you may have early capsule contracture, this can only be addressed with an examination in person.

What you describe sounds like a capsule. Some capsules may be treated nonsurgically, but many require surgery. I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

By your description, you have a capsular contracture.  It does not appear that you have a snoopy dog deformity. 
A physical exam would confirm these diagnosis 
A capsulectomy may be performed through either a periareolar or inframammary incision. You should consider changing the implant as well to reduce the chance of reoccurrence.
