I've had under the muscle implants for 1.5 years, "low plus profile" around 250cc. I have no complications and they're completely soft. The implants sit nicely and look completely natural. I'm thinking about going bigger, to 345cc or 375 moderate (allergan) responsive. Am I significantly increasing my risk of complication (specifically capsular contract) by going bigger in the same pocket? Will my body likely accept the new ones like the old ones? Any studies?

Adding a little more may do the trick. I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon and getting his/her advice. An exam and measurements are needed to be certain.
You should be going down about a cup in size. Remember, you were not happy with your original size. If you don't like your current size, you hopefully will like what is between.
