5 months post- op BA.The left side ended up smaller and less full in the upper pole, do I need a revision?

I had a breast augmentation and periareolar breast lift in Nov 2021. I have Ideal saline implants (370cc implants - right side filled to 370cc and left with 390cc). The left side ended up smaller and less full in the upper pole. My revision is filling the left implant more and revising the right areola since that ended up larger. Will this fix my issues? I am sad I have to halt my progress in the gym again if I won't get the results I desire this time.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Adding a little more may do the trick. I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon and getting his/her advice. An exam and measurements are needed to be certain.

You have a very nice result. There is minimal asymmetries. Your areola size is normal.

I would not do a revision

First, you look very good now.  Part of your issues are your right chest wall is more angled which will cause the implant to descend downward and lateral with time. 
Revising the lift and adding sone fluid will certainly make them more symmetrical

Thanks for posting great photos. To me your result is so good, remember breasts are NOT twins, but they are sisters. Re think if you desire further surgery.
