Silicone (Mentor) vs. highly cohesive breast implant (Sientra), is there a difference on results? I want a natural/full look

I am having my breast revision in 3 days and still cannot decide between regular silicone (mentor) vs highly cohesive (sientra). i like the softness and feel of mentor but my current one looks flat and wide, looking at before/after's i feel that sientra has more upper pole fullness even if it's firmer but looks faker? is there a difference on the results depending on highly cohesive versus regular mentor if i pick both in HP. i want natural but still full.
