I currently have 415 cc HP implants (12.5 cm diameter), and will be exchanging for either 295 cc moderate (11.75 cm diameter) or 275 cc moderate (11.5 cm diameter) implants. The reason for the change is because I feel extremely large. Having a hard time deciding between the two moderate profile implants. My biggest fear is coming out feeling too large again. Thank you!
Answer: Size You should be going down about a cup in size. Remember, you were not happy with your original size. If you don't like your current size, you hopefully will like what is between.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear sunshine1995, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Downsizing implants, 295 cc vs. 275 cc implants. Will a 120-140cc change be enough to notice a difference? Not sure why you are downsizing? But only 100 cc+/- difference with not make much of a difference in my over the Real Self internet opinion. Best to seek more in person or virtual consults.
