Hello, Thank you for your time. I have severe breast ptosis and I wanted to go back to my prior small size of 30-b/32B. I really miss my small breasts and want to be able to wear no bra and go jog without them being in the way etc. I also would like fat injection instead of implants would that be possible with what I desire? I plan on getting a tummy tuck too so it will go together better but I'm just asking about my breasts on this question. Is it possible? I've included photos.
Answer: Breast lift Dear SweetSeoul, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Mastopexy I would not hesitate to recommend a breast lift with liposuction of the front bra rolls (side breast fat removal). This will dramatically change the shape and proportion of your breasts with maximal lifting and tightening. Unlikely that you will need fat transfer . . . Thanks for sharing.

Answer: Breasts A lift would work well for you. However, with just a lift, you will still need to wear a bra. Your stretched out thinned tissue will not support weight well and needs the bra to help. If you add fat, you will be larger. The lift should be done first. Later, the fat can be added once you have healed.

Answer: Fat transfer to breast for ptosis This is an excellent question. Fat transfer to breast is a good alternative to implant augmentation in patients who do not want implants, have sufficient fat to liposuction, and understand that the fat transfer can offer only a small to modest improvement in size in breasts. Furthermore, sometimes multiple procedures need to be done to get the desired size and shape of the breasts since not all of the fat that is being transferred survives (about 50-60% survives). In this scenario, however, there is severe ptosis, and fat grafting alone will not lead to a good outcome. The ideal procedure would be a breast lift (mastopexy) to lift your breasts and put your nipple-areola complex higher up on the chest/breasts. In addition, fat can also be transferred to the breasts to add a modest amount of volume. This can be done in one stage, however, multiple fat grafting sessions may be required to achieve your desired and optimal shape and size. Lastly, if you are considering a tummy tuck at the same time as your breast procedure, liposuction can safely be performed in specific areas of the abdomen and used for fat transfer to the breast. Too much or aggressive liposuction in the abdominal area at the same time as a tummy tuck can be dangerous if not done appropriately, so make sure you discuss this with your plastic surgeon before surgery.

Answer: Breast lift and fat grafting Fat grafting can be combined with a breast lift as long as the blood supply to the nipple is healthy. An in person exam will with detailed breast measurements will help estimate the safety of combining fat grafting with your breast lift.
