I'm interested in receiving fat transfer to my breasts. I had a breast lift but want my breasts to be a bit bigger. I'm currently a 32DD and my left breast is slightly smaller than the other. I'm 5'1" and 125 lbs. How much fat would need to be transfered for an increase in size?

The best result with breast fat grafting is achieved by addressing several breast areas to improve shape, rather than volume. Upper poles and middle part (to create cleavage) are areas of the breast that respond best to fat grafting. In person consultation would help. Good luck.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. In general, fat transfer to the breasts can increase the size by up to one cup size per procedure. However, it's important to keep in mind that the amount of fat that can be safely transferred is limited, and too much fat transfer can increase the risk of complications such as infection or fat necrosis.

Additionally, fat transfer is not always predictable and some of the transferred fat may not survive. Your surgeon may need to perform a second procedure to achieve the desired increase in breast size.

Typically with a fat transfer you can expect to gain one half to one cup increase in size.  The fat is transferred into existing breast tissue, so your basic shape remains the same.
