I'm interested in receiving fat transfer to my breasts. I had a breast lift but want my breasts to be a bit bigger. I'm currently a 32DD and my left breast is slightly smaller than the other. I'm 5'1" and 125 lbs. How much fat would need to be transfered for an increase in size?
Answer: Fat grafting of breasts The best result with breast fat grafting is achieved by addressing several breast areas to improve shape, rather than volume. Upper poles and middle part (to create cleavage) are areas of the breast that respond best to fat grafting. In person consultation would help. Good luck.

Answer: Fat Typically with a fat transfer you can expect to gain one half to one cup increase in size. The fat is transferred into existing breast tissue, so your basic shape remains the same.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear realquestions1, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfer The amount of fat that would need to be transferred for an increase in breast size varies depending on a number of factors, including the amount of breast tissue you currently have, the desired increase in size, and the amount of available fat for transfer. During your consultation with a plastic surgeon, they will evaluate your anatomy and discuss your goals for the procedure. They may also recommend additional tests, such as mammography, to ensure that you are a good candidate for fat transfer. In general, fat transfer to the breasts can increase the size by up to one cup size per procedure. However, it's important to keep in mind that the amount of fat that can be safely transferred is limited, and too much fat transfer can increase the risk of complications such as infection or fat necrosis. Additionally, fat transfer is not always predictable and some of the transferred fat may not survive. Your surgeon may need to perform a second procedure to achieve the desired increase in breast size. Overall, the amount of fat transfer needed to achieve your desired results will depend on your individual anatomy and goals. Your surgeon can provide more information and help you determine the best course of action. I hope this helps. Best of luck !
