One implant looks bigger than the other - is there something wrong with my 6 year old implants? (photos)

Hello, i just want to know if there is something's wrong with my implants or no.. Had the implants on January 2017, one of them is 400cc, and the other one 375cc. One is always looks bigger than the other. But i would like to know if there is somehow somthing wrong with them. I didnt have any pain etc. how does capsular contracture looks like ? Do i look like i have that or no? I need answer, please. Thanks

If you are not experiencing pain or tightness of the breast this may not be capsular contracture.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for an examination.  Seeing your before photos would be helpful.  Typically the 25cc size difference between your implants is not obvious once in the body.  I've included a video about capsular contracture that I hope you find helpful.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Good afternoon,
I see the difference but don't think you have anything really wrong because you don't have any symptoms of capsular contracture or bottoming out. I believe it is just normal aging of your augmentation. If it bothers you enough then surgery could correct the asymmetry using new, different sized implants.

Since you have two different sizes of implants, your breasts are not equal in size. You may have some capsular formation, or have lost or gained some breast tissue from weight changes. If you are concerned, please visit with your plastic surgeon.
