Hi doctors! I’m 33 my height is 5’4” and weigh 135 lbs. I’m having a breast augmentation in February. I believe the size we agreed on was between 325ccs and 370ccs MOD+. My question is when is the earliest my boobs will start looking good in clothes?

Answer: When is the earliest my 325ccs and 370ccs mod+ will look good in clothes? Thank you for sharing your question and best wishes on your upcoming surgery. For most patients they feel their breasts start to look more normal at 6-8 weeks after surgery, assuming an under the muscle placement.

Answer: Approximately 8 weeks: Breasts need time to "drop and fluff" Implants settle, shape, and soften about 1% a day. Although not a medical term, this process is called, "drop and fluff'. So at 3months or 90 days they have settled about 80%. The total process is about 9 to 12 months. The longer you wait, the better your breast will fit in clothes. 8 weeks is about the earliest.
