When is the earliest my 325ccs and 370ccs mod+ will look good in clothes?

Hi doctors! I’m 33 my height is 5’4” and weigh 135 lbs. I’m having a breast augmentation in February. I believe the size we agreed on was between 325ccs and 370ccs MOD+. My question is when is the earliest my boobs will start looking good in clothes?

Thank you for sharing your question and best wishes on your upcoming surgery. For most patients they feel their breasts start to look more normal at 6-8 weeks after surgery, assuming an under the muscle placement.

At 3 weeks you can come out of  the sports bra go into a regular underwire bra. You will look fabulous in clothes at this point. Best wishes!

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.

Implants settle, shape, and soften about 1% a day. Although not a medical term, this process is called, "drop and fluff'. So at 3months or 90 days they have settled about 80%. The total process is about 9 to 12 months. The longer you wait, the better your breast will fit in clothes. 8 weeks is about the earliest. Most swelling has resolved approximately 2-3 months after surgery.  At this time implants have often dropped into the pocket and the tissues are beginning to soften.  Many women enjoy the new look from day one! Good luck with surgery.

If your clothes are covering your breasts, you should look good fairly soon after surgery. If your clothes show off the girls, it may take longer to let the tissue settle and the swelling subside.
