I can clearly see the incision line after skin pinch Blepharoplasty. Is it supposed to be invisible? (photo)

Josephinec
I have skin pinch blepharoplasty one week ago. Before that,I did a thorough research on this procedure and its complications. The incision is barely visible because it is done right under the eyelashes. But I clearly see the incision scar after the swelling is gone.i knew the scar takes at least 6 months to heal. What can I do to make the incision line appear softer and smoother? Can I do fractional laser resurfacing to get rid of it?
