Why has my face become so asymmetrical in the past 6 months? Very worried. (photo)

Everyone has facial asymmetry.  As we age there are changes in both the bony structure and amount of fat in our face, so you may just be noticing it more.  I don't see much asymmetry in the eye area.  Your right  cheek  seems a little fuller, but other than that I think you look pretty even!      

Facial asymmetry is normal. Most people have it and I see no abnormality. Sometimes it is just aging.

It is perfectly normal to have some minor asymmetry of the face (and eyes) and this may become more apparent with age.  Your face does not appear to have any major asymmetry and I would say is within the normal variation between sides.  I would not be concerned with any progressive disease process.  

It is difficult to assess with photos only, but it does not look out of the norm.  This may be just a part of teh aging process.

My dear that is called asymmetric aging!!! And you obtained a cat scan for that? Wow did you pay for that scan? We all age at different rates and so does the face at different speeds.. Best to see a boarded surgeon to start with fillers and BOTOX before surgical intervention.... 

Your photo shows a perfectly normal appearing face... and subtle changes as we age are entirely normal.  Ears seem to get bigger in older people too.

Without benefit of past comparable photos and only one photo to examine I see absolutely no unusual problems with asymmetry.
