Is it possible to make my nose fleshier and bigger again? (Photos)

I went through a primary rhinoplasty that made my nose tiny. I know it's impossible to get back my old nose. Is this possible to make it fleshier and bigger though something like tissue and cartilage grafts? Alarplasty was also overdone

Based on the singular photo that you posted, you appear to have a pleasing after result. Your nasal tip is symmetrical and so are your nostril margins. If you are looking for a bit more volume in your tip, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for permanent widening of your nasal tip without the expense, inconvenience, uncertainty, and downtime associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. Fascial tip grafts may be used to restore volume and structure. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
