Is it possible to derotate nose tip? (Photos)

Hello, I had a septo rhinoplasty in 2019 due to breaking my nose as a child. I asked the doctor not to change the tip of my nose, but he ended up removing my hump and rotating the tip up. I was upset at the time, but grateful that for the first time since I was 6 that I could at least breathe. I am 6 years post op and have started to consider a revision to derotate my tip. I am indigenous Mexican and i do not like that I no longer look like my people. I have attached some photos of morphs I made showing my current nose and my goal nose. The tip is what my birth nose looked like. I have a columellar strut graft (according to my operative notes) and thin skin. how realistic are my morphs?

The photo quality isn’t sufficient to give a reliable assessment, unfortunately. If possible, could you take new photos in natural daylight, ideally facing a window and without filters? This would allow a much clearer and more accurate evaluation.— Kadri İla, MD
