Hi there, my FT is scheduled for next month. I am 25 but plan on having children in 4-5 years. I have only seen a few results of women who became pregnant after FT so I am wondering if the fat remains whilst the rest of the breast is changed by the effects of hormones and breastfeeding? Or, is the fat that is transferred also at risk for being lost.
Answer: Fat Any fat transfer is subject to change over time with weight gain or loss. When you become engorged with milk, you fat may be compressed and you may see less volume over time.

The procedure does not change the shape of the breast substantially. It creates volume but does not change the shape. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
