I’m 32 with no children, I hate the way my breast look, I’ve lost a lot of either but the shape of my breast has always been the same, they have just sagged more. Not sure if I have tubular breast or just saggy breast? And can this be fixed with an uplift or fat transfer?
Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are not tuberous but are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Uplift for tuberous breasts Thanks for your question. You do have some of the features of tuberous breasts, and also an element of ptosis (natural breast droop). Your overall shape could be improved with an uplift procedure (mastopexy). Fat transfer could also be performed to increase overall volume and upper pole fullness if it was required. Consult a plastic surgeon with a specialist interest in aesthetic breast surgery.

Answer: Do I have tubular or saggy breasts? Can it be fixed with a lift or fat transfer? Hello @Sam.Beow thank you for your question and showing your pictures. I can tell you from my 21 years of experience that you do not have tuberous breasts, the breast is sagging are and are divergent. Keep in mind that in breast lift the areola and nipple are lifted, the breast shape is improved either by reorganizing the breast or placing volume with prostheses or fat transfer deeding on your desire look.An examination by a board certified plastic surgeon will provide you with more information and recommendations. Best regards. Alan Gonzalez MD . Best wishes!

Answer: Breasts Your breasts are not tubular, shaped like tubers, but do sag. Fat grafting will not lift your breasts. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options of a lift.

Answer: Tuberous breasts Dear Sam.Beow, tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall. The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition. My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries. That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
