lift/au I posted photos a few years ago and overall consensus is implants would be fine-I wouldn’t be as perky but they would look good. But here are some photos from video still I took so that I could post without lifting my arms. I do want a lift but would want two stage and also want kids in the future so idk. Have considered first stage lift with internal bra then implants in a year or so. Also lipo on arms. Not at my goal weight which would be 25 pounds less than this. Any advice I thank!
Answer: Breasts First, the internal bra does not lift your sagging breast tissue and would be of no benefit as a lift. it is useful in women who have stretched and thinned their tissue with large implants and need to support the weight of the implant. Second, you can just have an augmentation for now. After children, your breasts will probably be different, and you can have the lift then. You might even want to adjust your implant size as well. Some gain breast tissue and some lose after pregnancy.

Answer: Breasts I would recommend an implant, Galaflex (internal bra for support), and a anchor pattern style lift. I do not think it matters to stage the procedure if the implant is placed below the muscle at the time of the lift.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Lift In your particular case, you have very little breast tissue and a lift (mastopexy) alone would result in very small breasts. That said, you would do very well with a Gummy Bear Breast Augmentation combined with a vertical mastopexy. The implant helps maintain your volume and acts as a hanger to keep the breast lifted. The procedure takes 1.5hrs and you will have full recovery in 2-3 weeks.

Answer: Breast lift and implants Based on these photos you would benefit from breast lift and implants. None of these would decrease your chances for breast feeding. Whether you would like to do it in the same surgery or devide it in two surgeries should be something to discuss with your surgeon. Good luck.
