46 female, 5ft 7 inchs i weigh 10stone 6lb. Healthy lifestyle, non smoker no medication, i had 500cc implant in 2011 full enbloc removal in 2016, no complications, i would like a little more fullness on top, my problem is im trying to avoid an uplift, im very realistic, any feedback would be greatly appreciated, i would love to know more on all options for my query, thank you in advance .
Answer: Upper pole Hi! To be honest you need a lift. This will set the nipple in the right place and will help increase the fullness in the upper pole. At this point, I would consider fat grafting and an implant.

Answer: Breast lift Dear terix1, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Breasts First, "en bloc" terminology is used only for cancer surgery when breast tissue along with the capsule and implants are removed. it is not used to described removing the capsule and implant. Second, you lost volume when the implant was removed. A lift will tighten your tissue, but not give volume. You could consider a smaller implant, something that fits your frame and tissue, placed behind the muscle or a fat transfer. The fat will be more limited in giving upper breast volume. I would suggest doing the lift first. You might actually like this size.

Answer: Lift recommended Because your nipples are located below your breast fold, a lift would be the most suitable option for you.

Answer: 2 sessions Fat Transfer Due to the procedures you have previously undergone, sagging has developed in your breasts. The gold standard treatment for this sagging is breast lift and implant surgery. However, if you do not want implants or scars, the most natural option would be fat transfer to the breasts, done in two sessions.
