Why are you crowdsourcing on Realself? You just had surgery and you should still have a solid connection with your surgeon, who is someone you should trust. You photos are not helpful, and you should really be examined. Make an appointment with your surgeon.
It's difficult to tell from the submitted photos but it appears what you are referring to are veins. Sometimes after augmentation veins that weren't visible prior to surgery are pushed closer to the surface and become more obvious. If you have further concerns visit with your surgeon.
