breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on your desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions of your chest wall.

Your wish pics clearly articulate your desired result and I do believe they are achievable by picking a natural gel implant and maximizing the width of the implant in a dual plane submuscular position. You can achieve the look you are hoping for. There are some discussions of silicone versus saline and above or below your muscle that do need to be talked about during a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Depending on how much tissue you have at the top of your breast, going above your muscle will help bring them closer together like your wish pics. Hope this helps!

Most breast augment patients to be honest can have any implant with any technique and get a reasonable result. You are not in this category as you have some droop to your breasts. For the optimal result I would recommend a dual plane 2 approach with a treardrop implant. If you go a reasonable size then you wont need a lift. If you choose a smaller implant I would do a mini crescent lift.

I would recommend William Adams Jr or Louis Strock. Tell them Dr. Frojo referred ya! They are both experts in the field. I learned a lot from both of them. They are expert board-certified plastic surgeons.

You have deflated breasts, and some sagging. I don’t think at this point you need a lift. A 250-350 cc implants will likely give you the result you want. You have a petit frame, so smaller implants will go a long way in giving you the result you desire. Keep in mind that the model photo you posted has bottoming out on the right breast due to an overly large implant.
