I am very interested in getting silicone breast implants under the muscle so that they look more natural. Can I still get this procedure done if I had a muscle tear injury 14 years ago? The injury still flares up if my breast is squeezed too roughly and frequently. I get some little scar tissue lumps that come up and my pectoral muscle feels achy and stiff.
