Advice on Revision Rhinoplasty? Uneven nose tip cartilage and small hump on my nose (Photo)

Asked By:kmarie193 in Sacramento, California

I had a rhinoseptoplasty 4 years ago and I’m not completely happy with the results. My breathing is perfect now, but I still have a small hump on my nose and my tip cartilages are uneven. I also feel my tip may have been over rotated? I spoke with my surgeon about my concerns and he said he would have to break my nose to fix the hump and isn’t confident he can even out the tip cartilages. He doesn’t seem to want to fix my nose, so now I’m looking for another surgeon and any advice on a revision.
