I had a rhinoseptoplasty 4 years ago and I’m not completely happy with the results. My breathing is perfect now, but I still have a small hump on my nose and my tip cartilages are uneven. I also feel my tip may have been over rotated? I spoke with my surgeon about my concerns and he said he would have to break my nose to fix the hump and isn’t confident he can even out the tip cartilages. He doesn’t seem to want to fix my nose, so now I’m looking for another surgeon and any advice on a revision.
Answer: Revision rhinoplasty: what you should know Hello, and thank you for your question. I am sorry that you are unhappy with your rhinoplasty results. While an over projected nasal tip and hump are typical issues addressed by revision rhinoplasty, it is best to get a proper evaluation from a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. Keep in mind that revision rhinoplasty is an even more complex procedure than primary rhinoplasty and requires advanced skill and technique. During your consultation, your surgeon will evaluate your nose, determine your eligibility for revision rhinoplasty, discuss the best approach for your case, and ensure the best possible results.

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Thank you for your post. Sadly, I hear concerns like yours far too often from patients seeking a revision from other offices. Rhinoplasty surgery should be subtle and should make you look better, with a natural result as the goal. If your first surgeon doesn’t want to do a revision, that implies that he does not feel confident with this procedure. Revision surgery should only be performed by those who regularly do such things, so you are wise to seek other opinions. It’s quite easy to take a primary rhinoplasty and, if you’re not practiced in revision surgery, make it worse. An in-person examination would need to take place to give a to give an accurate answer, but speaking generally, it appears that improvement could be achieved via a revision rhinoplasty.

Answer: Revision is the only solution! Hello. Yes, unfortunately, it seems that there have been many mishaps in your nose surgery. There is still an arch on your nose. Apart from that, your columella is straight. This is not a very correct look for a woman. You also have an over-projected nasal type. It is also possible to equalize your cartilages. Normally, if we go back to the columella, you should have a slight curve downward in your columella, but yours goes straight. These are actually important problems in terms of aesthetics, at the same time, you still have a high radix problem because your radix area is not sufficiently radixed. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe. I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
