I'm 25 and wondering if a facelift will solve my problem?

Question

I’ve always had a weak jawline with no mandibular angle, deep smile lines, flat cheeks, marionette lines &; jowls. I have an anatomical chin implant which I thought because of the extra projection would smooth out some of these areas but it just fixed my chin. Would a facelift fix my problems even at 25? Also is a jaw implant the only surgical solution fix angle? I have extra skin despite no weight loss &; being small. One photo I am holding up my face on one side to show desired facelift result.

At age 25 without extreme weight loss your problem is not skin or tissue laxity and so facelift would only give temporary improvement and is not the right solution.  The jowls and neckline could be improved with liposuction a d the cheeks with filler fat or an implant.

You can't 'facelift' your way in to a better jawline appearance. You either have good bone structure or you don't. A facelift is only gong to make that more apparent. And as you have already learned a chin implant is not going to improve the shape of the jawline...it is just a chin projection procedure. What you are actually seeking to solve the entire jawline issue and which will also have a bit of a facelift effect is a custom jawline implant.

Although I hesitate to recommend a facelift and someone as young as you are the maneuver you did with your hand to pull your facial skin back does reduce your challenge and clearly would give you the improvements you’re looking for. 
An angle jaw implant is the very best solution to providing angle definition. A small Genioplasty advancement or chin implant will also add balance snd definition. 
Lastly your photos do not show your bite. If you are Class II with skeletal mandibular hypoplasia orthognathic surgery with mandibular advancement would add more volume and Genioplasty would not be necessary.

It is always important to consider the bone structure and you have an underdeveloped lower jaw which now has only augmented the 'front. So augmenting the angle and body is necessary for your goal. The imbalance of the chin implant itself could be improved
