At age 25 without extreme weight loss your problem is not skin or tissue laxity and so facelift would only give temporary improvement and is not the right solution. The jowls and neckline could be improved with liposuction a d the cheeks with filler fat or an implant.

You can't 'facelift' your way in to a better jawline appearance. You either have good bone structure or you don't. A facelift is only gong to make that more apparent.
