Is it abnormal that I’m still feeling tight in my neck and ears?

So when you ask about if it's abnormal to feel tightness in the neck and ears, normally I would you may feel the tightness, but that it should resolve at some point. Some people seem to have more inflammation after surgery and that may contribute to your symptoms. I would go back to your surgeon and ask them this question and if there is anything they can assist you with. No, this is not abnormal and may take up to a year to resolve. It occurs from numbness created after a lift as the sensation returnes. This is also a sign of healing as normal repaired neck tissue occurs.
