Is Ulthera the same as Ultherapy?

Ulthera and Ultehrapy are one and the same.  One is the company and the other is the treatment done by their device.

Ultherapy is a non-invasive procedure which uses focused ultrasound to stimulate the deep collagen resulting in tightening of the collagen and lifting of the skin tissue. Yes, the two terms are synonymous and encompass ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production deep beneath the skin surface to help lift and tighten the skin.  It is currently FDA-approved to lift the eyebrows, lower face, neck, and tighten the chest area.  It is an excellent non-invasive alternative to surgery.  However, results are slow and gradual and I generally recommend annual treatments.

Yes, both refer to the same machine that is used to deliver ultrasound energy to tighten skin and the technology is well established.
