Are there any treatments (maybe lipo?) that can reduce a fatty hump on back of neck from medical steroid use?

Liposuction under local does great and is easy to undergo for the buffalo humps which so many patients get for whatever reason. Power assisted liposuction is the machine that does the best job of removing the tough tissue easily and smoothly.

Liposuction of the buffalo hump is probably reasonable. Consult with a board certified PS to determine if this is the best treatment for you.
