Now, I realise this is a bit of a funny question, and no, it's not a huuuge, debilitating thing, but I've had these fat fingers my entire life and I'm not too fond of them. I'm 31 years old so it's not like it's that youthful fullness anymore. :D I'm not overweight and it's not swelling/bloating either, because this is how they look 24/7, and always have. I understand that, due to the structure of the hands, actual liposuction isn't an option. Any other ways to dissolve that fat?

You can do liposuciton + internatl heating typically if there is looseness then a mini thigh lift does best. fat should be used for buttock lifting. add sculptra for best results.
