I want a dramatic waistline (high waist) and rounded rear WITHOUT a bubble butt, which would look unnatural on me. Ideally, I want minimal transfer to butt and hips. There are so many types of lipo (360, BBL, etc). I don't know which would address all problem areas. Some personal stats: Hispanic 154lb 5'3 Broad Shoulders, Square Hips Short butt crease, small butt in relation to chest Short Torso (I'm ok with this) Fatty arms and upper back Rear inner thigh fat deposits Thanks!

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Versatile535598, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: What's the difference between 360 Lipo, Liposculpture and BBL? (Photo) Ideal candidates for liposuction are at or near their ideal weight and have good skin elasticity. Lipo is intended to remove stubborn pockets of fat that don’t respond to regular exercise, as the skin does need to be able to smooth back into place after the procedure is complete. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced through liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, and love handles to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. The amount of fat that can be transferred with a BBL depends on the quality of fat available for ‘harvest’ and the condition of the receiving area. 360-degree liposuction targets multiple regions of the midsection where stubborn fat may be a problem.
