You may wash with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil twice a day to decrease the swelling and redness thenapply a soothing, moisturizing product. The objective is to prevent the skin from drying out. When you apply your products use gentle massage without scrubbing, untilthe product has been absorbed.Avoid productsthat have glycolic, Retinoid, alcohol or anything that would be irritating toyour already irritated skin. Usually after 7-10 days you can return to your original products.
