I don't have words to express how thrilled I am with the results from Dr. Kroll's treatment. I've never felt better, or looked better. And there's no swelling. I will never again see a doctor other than Dr. Kroll for a facial treatment. In fact, if Dr. Kroll ever stops practicing (God forbid), then I'll just have to let nature take its course. I can't believe the difference it makes to have such a wonderful doctor who is outstandingly kind and really knows how to place under-eye filler both scientifically and artistically!

Dr. Kroll performed my mullerectomy (ptosis) surgery. My eyelids were droopy and always made me look sleepy. Dr. Kroll was patient and professional. My eyes look completely natural. Nobody can tell that I've had surgery on my eyes. They just see that I look more awake.

I was referred to Dr. Kroll for ptosis surgery. During my consultation, Dr. Kroll was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and self-assured. I was nervous about having the procedure, and Dr. Kroll didn't pressure me. She even offered to have me come in for a second consultation if I had more questions. Some months later I returned to get more information, and she was as accommodating as she was during my first visit. When I decided to have the surgery, I felt very prepared about what to expect. Seeing Dr. Kroll in action was amazing -- she was skillful, confident, composed and compassionate. There were no surprises. The best part is my eye looks so much better (no more drooping eyelid or hollowness). If I'd known I'd be this satisfied, I would have had it done much sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Kroll.

I was referred to Dr. Kroll by two separate resources, and was grateful that they both lead me to her direction. I had a drooping lower right eyelid (ptosis), and I was increasingly conscious of it in pictures and in meeting new people. Even my primary care physician said to me – “you know you have a drooping eyelid, don’t you?” Dr. Kroll evaluated me and said that she could take care of it with minimally invasive techniques to flip the eyelid back and tighten the muscle. I also had a little pouch of fat in the corner of each of my eyelids, and she said she could remove the excess fat and smooth out the eyelid corners at the same time. I had the choice of doing this in her office or at the hospital, but felt more comfortable with local anesthetics in her office. It wasn’t difficult at all, and Dr. Kroll was calm, friendly, and played great music during the procedure. She was also great in follow-up afterwards – both checking in on me by phone to see how I was doing, and then in removing the stitches at the 1-week time period. She saw me whenever I had any questions throughout the recovery process. Her assistant Diane was also super helpful. I’m thrilled with the results and would recommend her surgical skills for anything eye-related! I recently had upper eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Debra M. Kroll. Dr. Kroll is very professional and has a great bedside manner. She answered all of my questions and was very responsive to my needs. As with any type of surgery, there is always a little bit of anxiety. From my very first visit to her office, Dr. Kroll made me feel comfortable and eased those apprehensions away. She walked me through the procedure step by step and explained everything in very simple language. I know this, because when I looked in the mirror after the surgery, I smiled!

I'm so grateful that my dermatologist sent me to Dr. Kroll. She is not just very smart and professional, but also extremely warm and accessible. This was my first surgery ever, so I was a bit nervous. I was also a bit conflicted about my decision to undergo cosmetic surgery. On the day of the surgery, the doctor instantly put me at ease with her encouraging and direct approach. Equally important, her work is excellent. I felt no pain at any point, and the healing has been remarkably easy. Just two weeks later, I really do look about 10 years younger. And I'm so happy.

Amazing !!!! Dr. Kroll retrieved a mold that I had since birth inside my left eye and the result is incredible ! Everyone noticed how my entire face changed after the procedure. I'm so happy that I went to her. She made me feel comfortable from my first visit until my procedure was completed !!

This is my second visit to dr:Debra kroll.I have to say she did an excellent job under eyes with restylane.she is so good no brushing no pain and she is such a wonderful doctor she explains everything to you.she also did lines around my mouth.I will highly recommend her she does a great job.I am a happy patient.Lydia G

I've been seeing Dr. Kroll for cosmetic treatments for about 2 years, after having sought out similar treatments from a number of cosmetic dermatologists. My conclusion is: skin doctors treat the skin. Dr. Kroll understands face on (literally) a much deeper level. She is a facial surgeon, and so knows exactly what is causing facial wrinkling or sagging. She uses botox and fillers sparingly, so I've never looked "frozen" over unnatural, just rested and fresh. Dr. Kroll can look at a face and understand how that face must have looked 20 years ago, before the march of time. And she knows exactly what treatments to use, in what amounts, in which places, to get you back to that more youthful face.
