3 microneedling treatments. Can I use bleaching cream on the hyperpigment spots in between the course of treatment?

After my sessions are finished, does microneedling offer a permanent solution to treating these very minor scars or do I need to have follow up/maintenece treatments? Will the scars reappear if I don't? What would a permanent solution be for a darker skin individual?

In my practice we routinely use the microneedling with RF system (our choice is Vivace) to either maintain patient's skin and potentially delay the need for a facelift OR after a facelift for maintenance. There are no negative effects that we have seen to date.
