Great question - under the eyes often require more than one kind of treatment.  Micro-needling can help the texture and fine lines in your skin, but for deep hollows under the eye you often need volume replacement.  I often recommend Voluma with a blunt-tip needle (cannula) for safety reasons, or other hyaluronic acid dermal fillers.To be sure, see two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment.I hope this helps.

In my opinion, you would benefit most from Restylane injections to the tear troughs.  I prefer to use cannulas rather than needles to inject in most cases to minimize patient downtime and minimize the risk of side effects.I do quite a bit of micro-needling in my practice but this is more for improving surface texture, not for restoring lost volume.  I really like micro-needling for treating fine lines and shallow acne scars.  I hope you find this helpful.
