I am 49 year old and would like to to do full tummy tuck and breast reduction at the same time. I am 147 Ib, 5' 3" tall and wear 36D / DD bra. I have Autoimmune Liver disease which is under control and its been stable. 1. is it safe to do both surgery at the same time. 2.I usually don't do well after anesthesia, my wake ups are always accompanied with bad nausation. What is your suggestion? 2. how long will it take for my breast to start sagging again.
Answer: Breast Reduction and Abdominoplasty It is absolutely possible to do both these surgeries at once. I perform these combinations regularly.Your surgeon will likely send you home with TED hose, and use compression devices on your calves suring the operation to lower the risk of clotting.Best of luck!

Answer: Tummy Tuck and Breast Reduction Combination Tummy tuck and breast reduction frequently are done at the same time. It is a chance to address two problematic areas at once and re-sculpture them to be proportional and complimentary to each other. If given the choice most plastic surgeons would want to do these together to get a more harmonious result. In your case it would most likely be possible, but it would be best to re-visit with your liver doctor, and then we can get clearance and coordinate with them any special treatment or precautions that might be helpful to keep you safe. As long as it can be safely done, tummy tuck together with a breast reduction is a great combination surgery!

Answer: Tummy Tuck and Breast Reduction That is a great question. The answer is entirely dependent upon the health of the patient. If the patient is healthy and medically cleared by their primary physician, then it could be safe to proceed. However, surgeries that last longer than 7 hours can be riskier. I encourage you to research on this matter so that you make a wise decision. Hope this has helped you.

Answer: TT and BR It is common to operate on the breasts and abdomen at the same time. Your liver disease must be checked out before proceeding with surgery Please discuss this with your surgeon and your internist. Sagging of your breasts will happen, but reducing them will certainly make your situation better. If they are reduced, they will likely never be as saggy as they are now.
