My forehead is too protruded fore and it looks so ugly with my deep set eyes is there anything can be done for it to flatten? Not just like brow bone reduction or forehead reduction But a full flattening.

Your protruding forehead appearance can be corrected by lowering your hairline and reduction of the brow bone. This is done using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Incision with or without a Forehead Lift. This will feminize your face. Hair grows thru the scar so the scar is not seen. Your surgeon should be able to show you many photos of his results.

Forehead bony contouring can be achieved through a hairline incision. The picture suggests that you have a high hairline which also contributes to the appearance of a protruding forehead. I recommend you consider the Irregular Trichophytjc Hairline incision technique that I described many years ago which gives us the opportunity to lower the hairline and eliminate excess unwanted bone above the eyes.
