I have a protruding vein in the center of my forehead only when I smile. I’m 29, and when I was 28 and 29 I had 2 injections of filler to treat under eye circles. On the 2nd visit at 29 years old I pointed this out to my doctor and said I wanted to try putting some filler around the vein on the forehead to increase the volume to try and even things out & now I have a small bump as well. —below are current photos within the last month and one before photo with no vein prior to fillers.—Thank you!

Fillers will certainly help. A filler like Restylane Defyne could be injected directly into the fold. Alternatively, a more cohesive filler like Restylane Lyft could be injected into the midface/cheeks to lift the face and soften the folds.
Thanks for the question.
Cheek fillers would only add volume to your cheeks but would not affect the line between your eyelid and cheek.
I would suggest contacting an experienced plastic surgeon for a second opinion.
Good luck
