Hi! I am currently in the Navy and will be for 4 more years. I am a 30B and want to go much bigger like a really full C or D. I have the money and I have the proper emotional/life stability, but my issue seems to be the military limiting my freedom with getting any cosmetic procedure. My question is: what is your experience with military members? How have they been able to get through the military system to get a breast augmentation? Please help!
Answer: Breast Augmentation and Military Service This is a great question and in my experience I have not seen any issues with breast augmentation on patients who are in the service, whether it has to do with recovery or with navigating the military system. I do think it's important to give yourself enough time to recover, in particular when it comes to performance evaluations, but otherwise I do not see any obvious roadblock to having the procedure.

Answer: Breast Augmentation to military members: some advise Thank you very much for your service for freedom. As a current Navy Medical Officer, I have extensive experience working with military members in the field of cosmetic surgery, And there are no restrictions for cosmetic surgeries in their holiday period. You should consider that you will need at least four weeks of rest after breast augmentation surgery.Ps.: Recovery after BAIn my practice, after performing a BA I recommend to my patients to limit the movement of the arms for two weeks. After that, you can move your arms taking care and always with common sense. In this regard, it's not advisable to carry weight to prevent the implant out of position, and allow the formation of the physiological capsule around the implant, also to avoid pain and breast swelling. Therefore, swimming and high performance sports, is usually released after 1.5-2 months of surgery. Finally, I recommend you always use a therapeutic bra.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: US Navy desiring Breast Augmentation Thank you for your question and thank you for your service. As a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, I have had the privilege of caring for many patients who are currently serving in the armed forces. My advice would be to plan your leave carefully in order to provide yourself the proper amount of time to heal. Most breast augmentation patients can return to their normal lifestyle including exercise within 4-6 weeks following surgery. Best of luck,

Answer: What is your experience with military members? I spent 10 years in the USAF and do have a lot of military patients and / dependents in my practice. We offer 10% discount off surgery for active duty military personnel. I had no problem with medical excuse from physical activity for military personnel until I think they are ready. Breast augmentation is the most common procedure followed by liposuction with or without Brazilian Butt Lift that I do in military personnel.
