This  degree of areola asymmetry is very common and most often evens out within the next 6-12 months. Revision surgery  is usually simple if it is needed at all, but it is important for  all the effects of  swelling and skin tension  to redistribute  across the diameter of the areola first.  This takes time and things are looking pretty good at this early juncture.  Prashant Soni M.D.
