Hi doctors I wanna ask you my BA will be next week and my doctor suppose to me 300cc (btw i have small frame i'm 50kg ,162cm) and i want them to look big(not very natural) but Suitable with my body did you think 300cc will be ok for me? Or small?
Answer: Will 300 cc looks small? Hello saash. There's no way to answer your question and predict your outcome online. I do encourage patients to choose the breast implant volume which looks the best and forget about bra sizes because if you choose based simply on bra sizes, then you're limiting how beautiful you could be in the end! This is how I do sizing and shape in my office and patients find these tips to be reliable:1) Guiding patients to explore reasonable options for breast implant size, usually two to three similar sizes, which allows the patient to visualize how different volumes affect their breast cup. 2) The best guide for a final breast implant size recommendation is derived using measurements from the patient’s own breasts and chest. e more cle3) When measurements are considered then options for sizes can be presented. 4) I use the Mentor Volume Sizing System of breast sizers to demonstrate how these different volumes will look on a patient’s body. 5) This methods offers good reliability and is simple to use, but is not perfect. The recommendation for 300 cc has to done in consideration to how much volume your natural breast tissue also adds to your cup. You did not mention your current cup. When patients feel unsure about a size and shape, we ask them back to the office to try sizing until they're very confident with the choice they're making. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Will 300cc look small? Hello,What appears "large or "small" will vary for everyone. Your surgeon has likely recommended implants which fit your measurements and if you are small-framed, there will be a limit to how large you can go, however I recommend trying on sizers in the office so that you can see and feel the implant choices on you.All the best

Answer: Good sizing systems to determine breast implant volume before augmentation. There good sizing systems were you can try on a 300 mL implant to see if it's for you. This is a good way to avoid size dissatisfaction after the operation.

Answer: Will 300cc look small? Thank you for the question. Online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific enough advice to be truly helpful. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. Keep in mind, that breast augmentation surgery does not provide a true "lift"; make sure that your goals will be realistically achieved with the planned procedure. Best to discuss your goals, expectations, concerns, and questions directly with your plastic surgeon, preferably prior to the day of surgery. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup” or "look small" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers. I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to breast augmentation surgery concerns) helps. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: The right size for you... Thank you for your question. To give you any meaningful advice requires an in-person consultation. Generally speaking, I consider two factors when selecting implants for my patients:1. Dimensional planning2. Gel Implant Sizing systemDimensional planning – The measurements of your chest wall are taken. Also, the breast dimensions including the height, width, and current dimensions of each breast form the basis of dimensional planning. Based on these measurements, the implant size is recommended. This will give you a unique breast implant that is suited for your body frame. However, there are some limitations of what size we can recommend. For instance, some implants may just be too big for a narrow chest wall. Your surgeon can review this with you during the consultation.Gel Implant Sizing system – During the preliminary breast implant consultation, you will be provided with an option to “try on” a variety of implant shapes and sizes. You can also visualize the possible outcomes of your surgery which helps you to get that perfect size to give you the shape that you longed for. This way your preferences are known and you can then pick a range of implants that will “fit” just right to give a soft natural fuller look. Hope this helps.Dr. BasuHouston, TX
