A garment worn improperly or too tight after lipo can cause blisters, indentations and skin discoloration. Most of these go away quickly, but there's no need to go through this dilemma. See your surgeon and make sure your garment fits properly.

If your hips are huge and part of a larger collection of fat that extends up the back, you might want to do it as a separate procedure. If the area is smaller, doing it on the same day shouldn't be a problem.
